Order Approval |
We require your approval for the proof
and layout before we print your order. We encourage you to
thoroughly review your layout before submission. We are not liable
for errors in the following items, but not limited to: Spelling,
graphics, bleeds, grammar, fonts, punctuation, cuts, folds, and
finished product size. |
Customer Content |
We refuse orders with offensive,
indecent or improper material. We will refuse an order, which in our
opinion may be illegal in nature or an infringement on the rights of
any third party. You accept full legal liability for the content of
material processed and printed on your behalf and under your
instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without
disclosing a reason. |
Limitation of Liability

You agree that in no event shall we or
our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, business partners or
employees, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or
consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever
resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not we have
been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in
connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to
provide services that you order from us or our affiliates, including
without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus,
delay, or interruption of service. You also acknowledge that In no
event shall we be liable or responsible for any damages or
consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or
unauthorized use of the site or its content. |
Indemnification |
You agree to indemnify and hold us and
our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, business partners or
employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of
content you submit, or transmit through our site.
By using our site, you are representing that you have full rights
to use the copy, design, and images in your piece without infringing
the intellectual property rights of third parties. |
Customer Submitted Artwork or
Graphics
|
We crop all images, after being
enlarged or reduced for reproduction, approximately 1/8" to 3/4" as
provision for the bleed. We cannot process orders that do not meet
the minimum requirements.
All artworks Created by us is property of
Custom Sign Banner to
obtain a copy for your use in proper format you may purchase the
artwork from us price to be determent by complexity of art. |
Color Proofing and Matching
|
We are not liable for color matching or
ink density on screen proofs that you approve. Screen proofs will
predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and
placement, but not color or density.
Colors may vary on different computer monitor and printers
due to set-up of your equipments there for final print may not look
the same as you see on your equipments.
We will try our best to match the gradient density of each color.
We are not liable for the final appearance of a color.
Application of UV coating may effect or change the appearance of
the printed colors. We are not liable for the final color appearance
of a UV coated product. |
Order Cancellation
 |
You may cancel an order as long as we
have not completed any work for that order. We will charge you a $45
cancellation fee in addition to any fees charged for proofs or
samples and administrative fees, if applicable.
However, you cannot cancel an order if the order has been sent to
press for printing, the ordered item has been printed, the order is
already packaged, the order is en route to you, or the order has
been delivered. |
Returns and Refunds
 |
All sales are final since we customize
each order according to your request. We give no refunds or credit
but if we verify that we made an error, we will re-run your order.
You must notify us within 24 hours from delivery about any
defects and receive an RMA# in order to return any items. to receive
the replacement, you must return 100% of the defective order within
15 days (at your own expense) from delivery.
We do not refund all charges related to expedite printing
(Overnight Rush Printing or Shipping). |
Order Shipping and Delivery
|
We will always act to make sure that
any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. You
agree not to hold us liable for delays in shipment caused by weather
conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or
any other circumstances beyond our control.
We do not guarantee delivery dates since we calculate our
shipment and delivery dates based upon estimates provided by our
shippers.. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in
delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. |
Customer Supplied Incorrect
Address |
We can re-ship an order due to an error
you made in submitting the proper shipping address but we will
charge an additional shipping fee. |
Terms of Sale |
We require each order to be fully paid,
including shipping and handling fees, if applicable, before we
complete an order. We will not start working on a print job until we
receive the full payment. |
We beat any
published price |
If at the time of
your purchase from Signelect.com
you find the exact same product advertised for less from one
of our online competitors, we will match the competitors price plus
5% discount on your next order.
Competitors advertised low prices found online must be printed out
completely with proof of competitor's name, item and material type
and shipping.
To receive a discount you must inform your sales rep at the time of
order. Orders already has been processed will not qualify.

One Day Rush Service
|
To avail of our Overnight Rush Printing
Service, you must place your order and send us your approved proof
by 5:00PM CST . If you place your orders on a Saturday or Sunday, we
will start working on your job the following Monday. |
Turnaround Times |
The estimated production
turnaround advertised on this site is based on the typical number of
hours or days that a print job is completed under normal
circumstances, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Production would start when all of the following are met: all
print-ready artwork is uploaded, full payment is received and in
cases so requested by the customer or required by
Custom Sign
Banner, when the proof is approved online through customer’s account
or by email. For orders where a hard copy proof has been requested,
the signed proof should be received by Custom Sign Banner on or
before the cut-off time.
Production turnaround for orders and/or proofs that are approved
after 9:00 am PST is counted starting the next business day.
Note that transit time for shipping is always additional to
production turnaround and it is therefore advised that this be taken
into consideration upon placing the order.
While we exercise due diligence to meet your target finished
date, unforeseen delays in delivery services, breakdown of
equipments, illness, inclement weather and other occurrences may
impact our ability to meet the deadline. |
Pick-Up |
We keep orders for pick-up
for 30 days from the agreed date of pick-up. We will consider orders
abandoned that are left at our office for more than 30 days and we
will recycle these orders. |
Changing Files Once
Sent to Press |
We do not allow changes to
artwork, job characteristics, or turnaround time once we receive
your approved proof and your print job has been sent to the press. |
Complaints |
We can entertain complaints
regarding your order as long as you inform us within 24 hours upon
delivery of your order. |
Sales Tax |
We charge sales tax to
orders we receive from within the state of Texas unless you are tax
exempt. If you are tax exempt, you need to send or fax to us your
tax exemption certificate. |
